Carne alla pizzaiola (beef with tomato sauce)

ingredients for 4 people
beef meat 4 slices about 320 gr, Marinara sauce 2 jars, black pepper right amount, minced parsley right amount

To make carne alla pizzaiola, you have to begin the preparation beating the slices with the steak hammer.

Then pour in a wide pan the marinara sauce, and let it heat up for a few minutes.

If you like, you can add a bit of black pepper. Place the beef slices in the sauce, being careful to cover them completely, and let them cook for 5-10 minutes.

Be careful not to cook too much the meat, otherwise it will become hard. Turn off the flame and serve the dish immediately, covering the meat with the remaining marinara sauce. Once in the dishes, you can add plentiful of minced parsley.
